How do I add a card?

Please navigate to the billing portal and enter your card details and click the button labelled 'Save'.

How do I delete a card?

Please navigate to the billing portal, locate the card you wish to remove and then click the button labelled 'Delete'.

When do I get billed?

We bill our customers monthly on a NET 30 schedule. All payments are processed by Stripe for your security and convenience.

How much will I be charged?

The amount you will have to pay can vary from month to month because our billing system is completely usage dependant. For example, if you do not exceed the free usage quota for the month we will not charge you a dime! If you would like to know more about our pricing tariffs please see our pricing table.

How safe is my credit card information?

We take a hands-off approach when it comes to processing payments. Your credit card details NEVER touch our web server, we only save metadata about your card such as name and last four digits. Your card details are transferred directly to our payment processer, Stripe.
